Don't Spend Christmas Alone Don’t Spend Christmas Alone originated in 1980 when Rev. Bill Van Wyck
and Larry Kaplan, an attorney, would meet for coffee. An idea was born!

It was discussed that there was no place open on Christmas Day for people to have a meal and fellowship.

Christmas day. This doesn’t include the volunteers working behind the scenes months
