A great day - according to the children - in VBS. The theme today: Jesus loves me. There’s nothing that can separate us from God’s love, except ourselves by rejecting God and choosing sin. Yet, God never stops loving us.
Tomorrow at 9:00am is another adventure in discovering God’s love. All children who finished Kindergarten through 8th grade are invited to join us.

Deep Sea Adventure: Exploring the depths of God’s love - Vacation Bible School for any student who finished Kindergarten - 8th grade. It begins today (Monday, June 8 ) at 9am to Noon at 100 SR 7 South, Powhatan Point.

Vacation Bible School, June 8-12, 9am to Noon, students finished Kindergarten through 8th grade - Deep Sea Adventure: Exploring the depth of God’s love.
If student has parental permission & old enough to be at the pool without a parent, then we can transport the student to the Powhatan Pool after VBS.

We received 5 gal. & 6 1/2 gal. milk + 9 juice/punch 1/2 gal. today that needs to go out ASAP. If you need some & can come pick it up, please reply.

Today & next Wednesday are our last Wednesday Produce days. In June, SonShine Food Pantry will be only on Saturdays, 9:00-10:30am. We will still have the produce that was on Wednesdays plus the dry goods, breads, & meat that has been on Saturdays.
This change of schedule is intended to reduce gas consumption (multiple visits per week) and accommodate summer schedules of our staff. We hope that this change will be effective and understandable to all. It is our privilege and joy to serve our community!
