💃🏾🎉 Last Sunday at The Push Center, we put the MOVE in movement! Our Wellness Sunday kicked off with an energetic Zumba session right during Praise & Worship, proving that taking care of our bodies can be a form of praise too!

Pastor brought a powerful and thought-provoking message, “Maybe You Should Try Jenny Craig?” challenging us to consider our overall health and wellness from a spiritual and practical perspective.

To top it all off, we partnered with Bon Secours for an informative session on Diabetes Awareness, equipping our community with valuable knowledge to live healthier lives.
