Notice to Prospective Food Vendors and Bands Interested in Participating in NativityFest

NativityFest has been blessed to grow over its 58-year history into a wonderful community event that attracts visitors and participants from across the area. We are truly grateful for the interest shown by food vendors, bands, and other community partners who wish to be part of this annual celebration.

Please understand that NativityFest is organized and operated by the parishioners of Nativity of Our Savior Church. Every aspect of the festival is made possible through the time, talent, and dedication of volunteers who work hard to provide our community with four safe, enjoyable, and affordable days of family-friendly entertainment.

Because of the physical space available and the resources required to support the event safely and effectively, we are limited in the number of vendors and bands we can accommodate each year. While we would love to offer opportunities to everyone who expresses interest, unfortunately, that is not always possible.

If you are not selected to participate, please know that the decision is not a reflection of your business, talent, or contribution to the community. We sincerely appreciate your interest and understanding.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the vendors, bands, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who partner with us each year to help make NativityFest a memorable experience for our community.

Thank you for your continued support of NativityFest.
