Church is canceled this Sunday, February 8th. We miss our church family, but it is still unsafe with the driveway blocked by snow and ice in the parking lot as well as on the sidewalks. There is a forecast of a minor snow event this weekend; however, the winds will be very blustery, making the temperatures feel below 0. There is a plan to get the parking lot cleared once the temps begin to rise next week. We will reopen on the 15th.

Here we go again... Church friends, Sunday school, and worship will be canceled this week, on February 1st. There is potential for another snow event this weekend, and the parking lot is inaccessible due to snow piles blocking both driveways. Everything at the church is snow-covered because the temperature has not risen above freezing. Anything that melts turns to ice. We hope you all stay warm!

Hello, friends! We hope you are all safe and warm during this long, cold spell. Forecasters say this cold, windy weather will last throughout the week, and another snow event may be on its way this weekend. We will be watching the forecast closely. By Wednesday, the weather forecasters should have a solid prediction about this storm, including its track. It is possible we could be getting a blizzard. That is to be determined. With that said, we will likely need to cancel our church service again this Sunday. One of the main reasons we would cancel is that the church driveway is blocked. The snow may melt in increments, but not enough to clear the entire parking lot and sidewalks. Either way, you will receive a call regarding the church service, probably by Friday at the latest. In the meantime, keep warm and cozy!

Hello, friends. The Pastor has decided to cancel the Praise Gathering on Saturday due to the bitter cold temperatures.

Hello friends,

Many of you are likely wondering about the Praise Gathering on Saturday and whether it will take place. The pastor is still waiting to check the forecast. Currently, there is a 20% chance of snow starting around 8 PM on Saturday night.

Two key factors could lead to the decision to cancel the event. First, the extremely cold temperatures, with a low of about 12 degrees on Saturday night, are a significant consideration. While it may not concern everyone, it is something to keep in mind.

Second, by Saturday evening, there will be a winter storm warning in effect. Typically, when this happens, New Jersey may declare a state of emergency, which would make the roads less accessible as the Department of Transportation (DOT) salts the highways.

If both of these factors are present, the Praise Gathering will likely be canceled. The pastor will make a final decision by tomorrow night or Friday. Regardless of the outcome, a call will be sent out, and an updated message will be posted on this page. Please stay tuned for more information.

The church is back to its original look with all the Christmas decorations put away for another year. We are grateful for all the help from some in our church family. We had a wonderful time together!
We are also having Sunday School (10 AM) and Worship (11 AM) tomorrow morning! The board meeting will follow afterward.
