Today we met with Manny Salinas, owner and Chef at Olde Madrid in Racine. He’s gonna be cooking up something special for St. Anne’s Taste of Spain.🇪🇸 The menu reads like poetry!!! This is just the Paella station he’s talking about! We’ll introduce the main entrées tomorrow!
