# # # God Hears the Cry Before We See the Answer

Have you ever prayed about something and wondered, **“God, did You hear me?”**

Exodus 2 gives us a powerful picture of prayer and God's timing. Israel had been suffering under Egyptian oppression, and Scripture tells us that they **cried out to God**. God heard their groaning, remembered His covenant, looked upon them, and knew their situation.

But Israel did not immediately see their deliverance.

God had heard the cry—but the manifestation would come through a process.

Moses was born into the very generation that was crying for deliverance. The answer was already being developed, even though Israel could not yet see it.

This is the first lesson of the Seventh Boundary of Prayer:

**God can hear your prayer before you ever see the answer.**

A delayed answer is not necessarily a denied prayer.

In today's teaching, we'll explore:

• Why God's silence does not mean God is absent
• How God can begin answering a prayer before we recognize it
• Why the answer may already be developing in the unseen

Day 3 concludes The Eighth Boundary of Prayer: Prayer Does Not Remove Responsibility by looking at what responsible faith looks like after we pray.
Nehemiah gives us a powerful picture: they prayed to God and set a watch. They trusted God while still taking action.

Paul prayed for his thorn to be removed, but God's answer was grace sufficient to endure it.

Sometimes God's answer isn't:
“I'll take the responsibility away.”

Sometimes His answer is:
“I will give you the grace and strength to fulfill it.”

Stop Carrying What God Never Assigned You | Prayer & Responsibility
As intercessors and believers, we are called to pray for people, help people, encourage people, and bear one another's burdens.

But here's the question:
When does helping someone become carrying what God assigned them to carry?

Day 2 of The Eighth Boundary of Prayer: Prayer Does Not Remove Responsibility explores the biblical difference between helping someone carry a burden and taking responsibility for their choices.
Galatians 6 gives us both sides of this truth: we are called to bear one another's burdens, but Scripture also says every person has a burden they must carry themselves.

This is especially important for those who pray and intercede for others.
You can love someone without becoming responsible for their decisions.
You can intercede without trying to control.
You can help without rescuing.
You can pray without carrying what God never assigned you.

# A LOT OF SHAKING GOING ON… ARE WE IN THE LAST DAYS?

� **The earth is shaking. But what are we supposed to do with what we're seeing?**

Earthquakes are a natural phenomenon caused by the movement of the earth's tectonic plates. Scientists tell us that fluctuations in earthquake activity are normal, and an increase or decrease in earthquakes does not, by itself, mean that a major earthquake—or the end of the age—is imminent.

But Jesus said something that should make every believer pause and pay attention.

In **Matthew 24:7–8**, Jesus said there would be **“earthquakes in various places”** and described these events as **“the beginning of birth pains.”**

So, are the earthquakes we're seeing today simply natural geological activity?

Or should they cause the Church to become more spiritually alert?

In this teaching, we're going to look at **both the natural phenomenon and the biblical perspective** without fear, sensationalism, or trying to predict a date for the return of Christ.

� **We'll explore:**

• What Jesus meant by “earthquakes in various places”
• What “the beginning of birth pains” means
• Other biblical references to earthquakes
• The difference between recognizing a sign and sensationalizing a sign
• Why Jesus told us **“do not be troubled”**
• What earthquakes should produce in the believer: **fear or prayer?**
• How should watchmen and intercessors respond when the earth is shaking?

The goal isn't to tell you **“the end is here.”**

The goal is to ask:

**Are we watching?**
**Are we discerning?**
**Are we praying?**
**Are we spiritually prepared?**

Jesus didn't tell us to panic when we see these things.

He told us to **WATCH.**

And if the earth is shaking, perhaps the greater question isn't simply:

**“Is this the last days?”**

But:

**“What is God calling His people to do in the midst of the shaking?”**

Most importantly, let's pray that the people of God will not be shaken in their faith even when the earth is shaken beneath their feet.

**“Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken…” — Hebrews 12:28**

DAY 3 — When Prayer Crosses the Boundary

Prayer can move outside biblical boundaries when it becomes presumption, manipulation, control, or disobedience.
We'll examine our motives, our willingness to surrender, and the difference between intercession and attempting to take God's place.

How to Set Godly Boundaries
How do you establish boundaries without becoming selfish, hard, or disconnected?

In Day 3, we're bringing everything together and learning how to actually live with biblical boundaries in our relationships, family, ministry, and prayer life.
As believers, we're called to love, forgive, serve, sacrifice, and bear one another's burdens. But Scripture also teaches personal responsibility.
So where is the line?

This teaching will help you understand:
• How to establish a healthy biblical boundary
• How to communicate boundaries clearly and lovingly

DAY 2 — BOUNDARIES OR WALLS?

When Protection Becomes Isolation
Not every boundary is a biblical boundary.
Sometimes what we call a boundary is actually fear, unforgiveness , pride, control, or isolation. So how do we know the difference?

In Day 2 of our Biblical Boundaries teaching, we're going deeper into the heart and motive behind our boundaries.
A godly boundary protects without punishing. It creates healthy space without creating unnecessary isolation. And it allows us to love people without giving them unlimited access to us.

We’ll explore:
• The difference between boundaries and walls
• Protection vs. punishment
• Wisdom vs. fear
• Self-control vs. controlling others
• Why motive matters when establishing boundaries
• How Jesus demonstrated healthy boundaries
