On this Memorial Day, we pause in prayerful remembrance of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

As we honor their courage and selfless devotion, we entrust them to God’s eternal care and lift in prayer the families who carry their memory in their hearts. May we never take for granted the freedoms secured through such sacrifice, and may we strive to live lives marked by gratitude, service, and peace.

“No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. 🇺🇸 🙏🏾

Today, we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord, a reminder of Christ’s glory, His promise, and the hope we carry in our hearts as believers.

As Jesus ascended into heaven, He entrusted us to continue His work with faith, love, and compassion, reminding us that He is always with us.

May this Ascension Sunday fill your heart with peace, strengthen your faith, and renew your hope.

Today, we honor the incredible women who embody the selfless, nurturing love of Christ in our homes and our community. Whether you are raising young children, guiding adult ones, or offering maternal love to those in need of a spiritual home, your presence is a reflection of Mary’s own "Yes" to God.

We also hold in our hearts those for whom this day may be difficult, those mourning the loss of a mother, those yearning to be mothers, and those navigating strained relationships. May the Holy Spirit bring you comfort and peace.

We thank you for your tireless dedication and for being the heart of our parish. 💐🩷
