A Heartfelt Thank You
Celebrating Love, Service & Community
This past Saturday was truly a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with
love, compassion, and a servant’s heart.
A Prayer Away Church would like to extend our deepest gratitude to every volunteer, partner, donor, and
supporter who helped make our St. Mary’s Food Bank Food Distribution & Annual Backpack Giveaway
a success.
To everyone who came early to set up, those who helped prepare food boxes, organize supplies,
distribute backpacks, serve families, encourage others, and clean up afterward—we see you, we
appreciate you, and we thank God for you.
A special thank you to all of the amazing barbers and stylists who donated their time, gifts, and talents to
bless our school-age children with free haircuts and styles. You did more than provide a service—you helped
children begin the school year feeling confident, cared for, and loved.
We are grateful for everyone who donated supplies, resources, and special gifts. Your generosity helped
create smiles and lasting memories for families in our community.
A special thank you to Jasmine Perry with JPerry for your partnership and support. We are thankful for your heart
to serve and your commitment to making a difference.
We also want to thank Jasmine Barron Holy Ground Café for blessing us with your delicious café items and adding such a
special touch to the day.

To our A Prayer Away Church family, thank you for continuing to show up, serve, and live out our mission.
Because of each of you, families were encouraged, children were prepared for school, and our community
experienced the love of Christ through action.
Everything was beautiful, and we are grateful and thankful.
We cannot wait to see what God has in store and look forward to doing it again next year!
