Appetite is a gift, not a god.
What you feed grows, what you starve weakens.
And your body was made for worship, not to be worshiped.

Every time we tell our flesh “not now,” we are teaching our spirit to say “yes” to God.

Because the more that satisfies isn’t found in getting what you want, it’s found in the One who is enough.
