The things we talk about openly, and the things we’ve learned to carry quietly.
Come for the resources, stay for the conversation, enjoy the sisterhood, and give yourself room to breathe, laugh, learn, reflect, and be poured into.

💗 THE MOMENT, “What Are You Carrying?”
Because sometimes The “M” Factor is more than what’s happening in our bodies. It’s the weight we carry while navigating the changes, caring for everybody else, healing from what happened, and still finding the strength to keep moving.
So before we leave, we’re making room for THE MOMENT, a sacred extension of LEAP that asks one simple question:
What are you carrying?
The fear, the grief, the diagnosis, the disappointment, the pressure, the mother wound, the responsibility, the thing you’ve carried so long you almost forgot it was heavy.
And then we LEAP,
Lay it down, Entrust it to God, Arise, Proceed.
Not because every circumstance changes in a moment, but because we can decide that what we’ve been carrying will not keep carrying us.
