Thank you also to everyone who dined in, ordered takeout, or placed an online order as part of Sweet Lucy's Fundraiser in support of St. Mark's, including some of our very own church ladies on the go pictured here and who are always up for some fun around the town! Everyone's participation made this fundraiser a success, and we truly appreciate your time and generosity.

Above all, thank you to Sweet Lucy's for all you do for the community and for so generously donating 10% of the day's proceeds to our church. We are grateful for your partnership and support.

May God bless you all!

As we kick off this new week, we look back with thanks for the grace filled week gone by:

Thank you to the Bardaro Foundation for their generous gift in support of our ministry! Their continued investment in our mission will help us continue serving our neighbors with dignity and compassion.

Each month, our meal partners faithfully prepare over 2,000 meal servings and 1000 snacks. A special thank you to our meal partner, Hope on Girard, for serving their fan-favorite Chicken Parm lunch to our guests on Saturday!

Thank you to our 3 client facing Clothes Closet volunteers Una, Cristine, and Sue who serve so many on these blistering hot days until the racks were completely empty as well as our behind the scenes volunteers Eileen, Sandy, Mary Jane, Deb, and Erika who sort, reset, and restock on our off days so that we are always ready to welcome the next guest.

We were also thrilled to have Diocesan Digital Disciple Cameron on site, who not only has the best job title, but is also helping us set up new equipment for our upcoming summer and fall movie nights.

We also welcomed two new community service and workforce development volunteers to our parish.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to our Back to School Drive. Our greatest need is financial sponsorships to help us purchase supplies in bulk and to cover the costs of food, music, and activities for the event.

Finally, we are grateful for YOU (yes You reading this!). We are blessed by a community that extends far beyond our parish walls. Thank you to everyone who prays for our ministry, supports our work, and encourages us each week. We couldn't do this without YOU, too!
