Don't miss our next sermon series - “Proverbs: In the Thick Of It.” The primary aim of this four-week series is a practical and applicable faith of the everyday. Proverbs is less concerned with familiar topics such as salvation, societal change, etc. Rather, it asks, “How do I approach this normal routine part of my life from a faith perspective?” This series will acknowledge some of the very human and practical concerns of our lives. Jewish Publication Society describes Proverbs as being ‘concerned with the individual Israelite instead of the fate of the nation.’ We will take a similar approach, not to ignore our current realities, but to acknowledge that while we are navigating our current cultural challenges, we are also humans with practical daily concerns as well.

As part of our Strawberry Festival Celebration, this promises to be a fun-filled evening of music, community, and summer fellowship. We hope you'll join us!

The East Falls Chancel Choir presents “Road Trip USA,” a cabaret-style evening of music celebrating the many sights, sounds, and stories of American life in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. Our 4th annual Sunday of Service had us making sandwiches for local community fridges, decorating bags for Meals on Wheels, assembling snack bags for the Welcome Church (a congregation made up of people experiencing street homelessness), and cleaning/organizing the coffee station used by not only us by the many community and recovery groups that utilize our church space. This special Sunday is one of the ways we live into the last line of our vision statement "Blessing our neighbors by the power of the Spirit."

Join us for our 4th annual Sunday of Service on May 17th at 10:30am. We gather in the sanctuary for a brief opening time of worship and then continue our worship through service downstairs.
