Christian Hope Baptist Church We are a worshipping church, where we worship one Lord, have one Faith, and believe in one baptism. We are Christian Hope Baptist Church!

Organized in 1925 by a group of persons who transferred to Pennsylvania from South Carolina, the Christian Hope Baptist Church is where Christ is First In All Things! We are a learning church as we study the Word of God together. We are a reaching and winning church to add souls to the kingdom of Christ, who gave His life for the church. We are a tithing church by obedience to God’s Word and to su

pport our ministry. We are a praying church as we seek and need God’s supply, Christ’s Salvation and the Holy Spirit’s strength. We are a loving church as we are known to be Christ’s disciples by our love for one another. We are worshipping without shame, learning without pride, reaching without selfishness, winning without bragging, tithing without complaining, praying without ceasing and loving without stopping.

Its with profound sadness that we share the transition of Deaconess Edna Evans. Deaconess Evans was a jewel to the body of Christ and we will miss her tremendously. Please pray for her family and our church family as we navigate God's Sovereignty. Celebration of Life information will be shared when finalized. We are better church because God place a beautiful flower in our garden.

It is with deepest sympathy that we mourn the transition of our beloved pastor, Bishop Boyce Jordan Jr.. During this Holy Week, we find comfort in knowing he was ready to see the King.

Thank you for over 30 years of faithfulness, guidance, and love as our spiritual father. Your legacy will live on forever.

We lift in prayer his wife of 70 years, his children, grands, and great-grands. We honor and thank the family for sharing such a powerful man of God with us.

The Christian Hope Baptist Church family is forever grateful Rev Bishop Jordan has given us all an assignment.
