Morning Glory Fellowship Word for Today (by Pastor Rosalyn Beasley Mcshane): "It's About Time That You Let It Go" Phillipians 3:13,14. Apprehended: I have not arrived at everything that God has called me to be. Press forward regardless. Let go of what's hindering you. Letting go can be painful because you have been holding on to it for so long. Some people won't let go because they are afraid of the unknown. If you let it go, you don't know who you'll become. When you don't let go, you're in control. God can't lead and guide you when you don't let go. You think the thing you're holding on to protects you, but it's hindering you. Lay aside every weight (Hebrews 12:1). We can't run the race if we don't let go. Forgiveness is not for them but for you. Let it go. What benefit are you receiving by not letting go? Identity the thing you won't let go. Let God minister to you. God can't take you to your "Next" while you're still holding on to what He's asked you to let go. Change your posture. Change your attitude. God will show you where you are spiritually. When God shows you, you, you'll become your best testimony. You can't receive the new holding onto the old (Isaiah 43:19). He can't do something new if you won't let go. God will make a way even in the wilderness or desert. Opportunities have been presented to you but because you're still holding on, you miss them. God is doing some new things. The harvest is ready. We must be ready. Let It Go!!!
