Well last week we left off with Saul and Barnabas, leaving by ship to take the collected food to the believers down in Jerusalem because they were in the middle of a famine... and this was the first ❤️MISSIONARY❤️trip.... per say...

So bring your kids so they don’t miss out on our special guest!!!
Services start at 8:30, and 10:15!!!!

When your babies are dropped off in kids church... we promise you one thing... they... will.. know the power of prayer, and how to put it to work!!!
In this first picture, this sweet little girl came and asked me to pray with her.❤️ I said ok, what do we need to pray about? She said for God to keep you safe while Mr jessy and your family are gone this week! ❤️ I paused and smiled and almost cried at the same time... I told the kids to pray for me at the beginning of the service cause my whoooole family was gonna be gone on the youth trip and I was gonna be all alone and I wasn’t takin it to well lol!!!!
So she remembered at alter time, and let me tell ya, she was serious as a heart attack! She wanted Jesus to keep me safe while they were gone!!!!!!!❤️
The second picture, is several of our babies who are all wantin to share and then pray together.. ❤️ this is where it’s at!!! When they feel comfortable enough to open up about the things that are going on in their life with their friends, and then pray for one another, is a powerful thing!!!!!! ❤️❤️ cause each one of them want Jesus to answer their friends prayer!!!!❤️
The third picture is of this sweeet angel who couldn’t waaaait to pray over the tithes!!! But she wanted the reassurance of Mr Jessy to help her pray right❤️

Just Incase you might think we just play in kids church, or we just babysit while big church is going on, that’s not the case❤️

Yesterday our lesson was about prayer...
I asked, why do you think we don’t pray as often as we should? One little boy raised his hand and said, “because satan distracts us!”
😳 Me and Mr Jessy were very impressed with that answer!!!!!!! I said yessssssss!!!!!! Exactly!!!!!! I said what about, maybe it’s because we can’t see Him so it’s easier to forget???? And y’all...... one of our little girls, who is only 5 YEARS OLLLLLLLD, smiles the biggggggggggeest smile and raises her hand and said.......❤️ “we can’t see Him, but we can feel Him!!!!”❤️❤️❤️❤️
I froze!!!!!! I honestly couldn’t believe what she had said!!!!! She totally and completely understands and gets the makeup of God!!!!!! I looked at Mr Jessy, and we both laughed and smiled soooo big!!!!! I looked at her and said, THHHHHHHHAT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! And I said yessssss baby that is correct!!!!!!!! I wish y’all could’ve seeen this baby’s beautiful smile right before she said it!!!!!!!! It’s something I will never forget!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our lesson today was about Peter walkin on water... and how as long as he focused on Jesus the distractions didn’t fade him, buuuut as soon as he loss focus he sank...
So we challenged the kids see to if they could focus on Jesus and not sink!!

Our lesson was about Jesus telling Peter and Andrew who were fishermen and Jesus would teach them to now be “fisher of men”. Soooo it only seemed right that we went “fishing too!!!
The object was to find the Swedish fish among all the distractions in the bowel!
