Today, as we come together to take communion, we’re reminded of something we should never take for granted: we get to do this in full freedom.

We get to gather as the body of Christ, lift our voices in worship, open His Word, and remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us.

Communion is more than a moment we share together. It’s a reminder of the love that took Him to the cross, the grace that meets us where we are, and the new life we have through Him.

As we take the bread and the cup, may we pause and truly remember what He has done for us. May we remember the price He paid, the love He showed, and the freedom we have because of His sacrifice.

Thank You, God, for the freedom to worship You, the freedom to gather in Your name, and the freedom we have through Jesus Christ.

May we never take that freedom, His sacrifice, or the opportunity to come together as His people for granted.

What a blessing it is to remember Him together.

Happiness is rooted in what’s happening.
Joy is rooted in Jesus. ❤️

Happiness can change with our circumstances. When things are going well, we feel happy. When life gets difficult, that happiness can fade.

But joy is different.

Joy is rooted in Jesus. 🙌

It doesn’t depend on having a perfect day, an easy season, or everything going the way we planned. Our joy comes from knowing who God is and trusting that He is with us through it all.

Our circumstances may change.
Our feelings may change.
But Jesus never changes.

So today, choose joy. Not because everything is perfect, but because our hope is found in Him. ❤️

Joy isn’t rooted in what’s happening.
Joy is rooted in Jesus.

There is something beautiful about watching someone worship with their whole heart. ❤️

Today, we want to celebrate Maria Gonzalez, our Women’s Leader, and the beautiful way she leads others through worship. Her flag dancing is more than movement—it’s an expression of praise, surrender, and love for God.

Maria reminds us that worship isn’t limited to a Sunday morning or the songs we sing at church. Worship is a lifestyle.

We worship when we lift our hands.
We worship when we pray.
We worship when we serve.
We worship when we encourage someone.
We worship when we trust God, even when we don’t understand what He’s doing.

And when Sunday is over, our worship doesn’t have to be.

Let the same heart that worships in the church continue worshiping in your home, at work, in your relationships, and in every moment of your week.

Thank you, Maria, for being an example of joyful, wholehearted worship and for reminding us that our worship belongs to God every day—not just on Sunday. ❤️

A Sunday reminder: If we want to know God, we have to spend time in His Word.

The Bible is more than a book we read on Sundays—it’s where we learn about God’s character, His promises, His heart, and His plan for our lives.

The more time we spend in His Word, the more we come to recognize His voice, understand His truth, and grow deeper in our relationship with Him.

God has given us His Word so that we can know Him—not just know about Him.

So make time to open your Bible. Read it. Study it. Meditate on it. Let it shape the way you live and draw you closer to the One who created you.

What a beautiful reminder we received this Sunday from Pastor Jose Fonseca. ❤️

Worship isn’t just something we do on Sunday—it’s how we choose to live every day.

We worship when we lift our hands, when we pray, when we give thanks, when we trust God, and when we choose to praise Him even in the middle of difficult seasons.

Our Sunday worship is a time to come together, be refreshed, and remember who God is. But when we leave the church, our worship doesn’t end. It continues in the way we live, the way we trust, the way we love, and the way we choose to honor God throughout the week.

Let’s carry the heart of worship with us every day and make our lives a daily offering of praise to Him. 🙏❤️
