Passion2Plant Network

Passion2Plant Network A Fully Egalitarian network that trains global majority planters to develop holistically-minded, justice-oriented churches right from the start.

OUR MISSION

To train and support Black and Brown planters to establish indigenous, holistic, justice-oriented churches right from the start. We know most planters want to start multi-ethnic churches but we also know that a church not focused on justice and equity will only get so far, especially in communities of color. If you want a successful multi-ethnic church you have to plan for it and pre

ferably you are from the neighborhood you wish to plant in. Our facilitators of color have lived at the intersection of faith and justice, many have planted and pastored churches around the country. Most have the scars of “church in a box” thinking as well. Every church should be not only aware of justice and equity, but seek to practice in ways that showcase that awareness.

Leadership requires both conviction and compassion.

For many women in ministry, the journey includes learning how to speak truth with courage, lead with grace, and engage difficult realities through the lens of faith.

Formation happens when leaders are equipped with the tools, relationships, and support needed to serve their communities faithfully.

When leaders are strengthened, entire communities benefit from their witness and impact.

God's heart for people extends beyond religious activity. He calls His people to participate in restoration, liberation, and healing.

God's vision for faithful living has always included justice, mercy, and humility.

As we navigate our communities and leadership responsibilities, Micah reminds us that faith is what we believe, how we live, serve, and respond to others.

Some of the most important conversations shaping the future of ministry are happening at the intersection of faith, technology, and culture. As digital spaces continue to influence how people learn, connect, worship, and lead, church leaders are being challenged to think deeply about what faithful ministry looks like in a rapidly changing world.

Join Dr. Liz Rios, Dr. Oscar Merlo, and Dr. Litza Rivera for the final session of *The Living Word: Theology, Technology, and Transformation in a Changing World*. This bilingual digital gathering brings together thoughtful voices to explore how the Church can remain rooted in Scripture while engaging the realities of today. Registration is open now. Today we celebrate fathers, father figures, mentors, and the men who have faithfully invested in the lives of others.

Through wisdom, sacrifice, encouragement, and presence, they help shape families, churches, and communities for generations to come.

We are grateful for those who model integrity, nurture growth, and lead with humility and love.

Happy Father's Day to all who continue to show up, serve faithfully, and leave a lasting impact on those around them.

Juneteenth reminds us that freedom must be recognized, protected, and lived out.

As followers of Jesus, we serve a God who hears the cries of the oppressed, calls people toward liberation, and invites us to participate in the work of justice and restoration.

Today we honor the resilience, faith, contributions, and enduring legacy of Black communities. We also acknowledge that the pursuit of justice remains ongoing work that requires courage, compassion, and commitment.

May we continue building communities where dignity is upheld, voices are heard, and freedom is experienced by all.

Some of the most important conversations shaping the future of the church are coming from voices that have too often been overlooked.

What might change if church leaders intentionally listened to the experiences, wisdom, and insights of women called to lead?

Need to Know brings together twenty-one contributors who offer theological reflection, personal experience, and practical wisdom for leaders seeking a more equitable and flourishing future for the church.

If you care about healthy leadership, meaningful collaboration, and a church that fully reflects the gifts of God's people, this book belongs on your reading list.

There are seasons in ministry when leaders begin to question whether they still have something meaningful to contribute.

What often makes the difference is community.

Being surrounded by other women who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of ministry can reignite confidence, strengthen calling, and remind leaders that they do not carry the work alone.

When leaders find spaces where they are encouraged, challenged, and supported, they are better equipped to step fully into the work God has placed before them.
