"Now my brethren, we see that God is mindful of every people, whatsoever land they may be in; yea, he numbereth his people, and his bowels of mercy are over all the earth. Now this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving; yea, and I will give thanks unto my God forever." (Alma 26:37) 🩵

This amazing verse in the Book of Mormon tells us that God loves and is mindful of all His people, no matter where they are in the world🌍! Because our Heavenly Father knows and sees everything, He knows what we need as well!

How does the Lord answer your prayers? Read this thought-provoking testimony:

▶This past week we have been studying how to recognize the promptings of the Spirit of the Lord. One of my favorite scriptures that discusses this is found in 1 Kings 19:11-12, “…and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.”

There are times in my life that I want the Lord to answer my prayers through some big dramatic way with all the bells and whistles attached. I have never had that experience. Most times he answers my prayers through smaller ways. It’s through a peaceful feeling, through a phone call or text from a friend. It may come through a song or a conference talk, it may even come as a stupor of thought, but it always comes. It comes in a way that is personal to me and in a way that lets me know that he knows who I am.

I am so grateful to know that my Father in Heaven knows me and knows how to answer me individually. --Casey Best

Sometimes moving to a new place or going on vacation can be hard when you don't have your normal church home to attend on sundays, but you still need that spiritual nourishment that church provides!

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has around 19,000 chapels around the world, blessing so many people with the chance to worship the Lord! Even in Peru, as shown in this picture, there are mainly faithful people who love and know Jesus Christ. All are welcome to come unto Christ and learn of his goodness, so come worship with us!

Have you ever felt angry and lost? Have you ever felt like you were unwanted and unloved? I have and I can tell you, it's the worst feeling in the world.
I carried that pain and loneliness around with me in my broken heart for years, many years. In fact I was so lost all I wanted to do was "go home " as I would put it.

I tried to find relief in other people, that didn't work. I looked for relief in drinking. That failed me too. Several times in my life, I attempted to "go home", but by the grace of God , I'm still in the physical world. I took that as a sign that God didn't want me or love me either.
I was very wrong about that.

In 2017, I finally gave up drinking. It wasn't working for me. Nothing was working for me and I knew I needed to make real changes in my life. On that journey, I met someone who introduced me to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I told him I'd been looking for my church home for over 40 years, and he said "I know the place for you!" I went to church with him that next Sunday and fell in love! Not with him, but with the church. He asked if I would like to meet with the missionaries and learn more. I said "yes". That was the best "yes" of my life.
4 months later, I was baptized. And I never looked back at my old life, ever.

I had to forgive a lot of people I'd met in my dark years, but mainly I had to forgive myself. She was the hardest person to forgive. But, with the love and guidance of my savior Jesus Christ, I have walked through that fire, and not alone.

Today, unless someone really knows me, they have no idea what I've walked through. Isn't that the point? When you turn your life over to Christ, and truly repent, you ARE made new.

I testify this in the name of Jesus Christ.

The shortest verse in the Bible says, "Jesus wept." (John 11:35)🌷

These two words carry a very deep and powerful meaning. In this story, Jesus is met with Mary and Martha, who were in tears over the death of their brother Lazarus. The sisters were faithful followers of the savior, and had faith that He could heal their brother, but they felt like Jesus was now too late to save him.

Jesus already had the intention of raising Lazarus from the dead, but he still wept with them🥹. He mourned with them. But why? Because of His love! Our savior has so much love and compassion for us. He is there mourning, grieving, celebrating, and so much more with us!

Isn't it the best to just pass time with your family? Spending time together can be so healing, sometimes it doesn't even matter what you do with them! We have the amazing chance to share what we know and love about the gospel to them as well, so that you can find eternal love and true joy in your home!

Moments don't always last forever, but because of Jesus Christ, we have the opportunity to be with our families forever, making countless memories and endless smiles!

Serving others is such an important thing that we can do🩵! There are little, daily ways to serve, and big ways to serve. The truth is, however, that we don't always know the impact that our service has in the life of others🙌!

‼️James 1:5 says‼️, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."

This verse teaches us the simple truth that we can always turn to God and ask Him for truth and wisdom🙌! It also teaches us that He will give us this wisdom, if we earnestly desire it and seek it out!

In 1820, a young boy by the name of Joseph Smith had a question of which religious party to join, but he didn't know to what source he could find the answer to this question. When he read this short verse in the Bible, he knew and understood that he needed to turn to God🤍!
