Repentance isn't defeat.

There is an order to spiritual victory:

Submission brings us back under God's authority.

Repentance turns us away from what has pulled us from Him.

Drawing near restores intimacy with Him.

We cannot demand that the enemy surrender territory that we haven't first surrendered to God.

We pray for revival.

We pray for our churches.

We pray for our communities.

We pray for our nation.

But what if God's answer begins with ๐—จ๐—ฆ?

In 2 Chronicles 7, God calls His people to humble themselves, pray, seek His face, and turn from their wicked ways.

There is a progression:
