Mrs. Georgia Ulmer's celebration of life service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on August 9, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at 2:00 p.m.

Georgia L. Ulmer of Panama City, Florida departed from her earthly home to her heavenly home on August 6, 2025. Georgia was born in Panama City, Florida on November 10, 1936 to Henry and Mattie Bevel. She was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church of Panama City and
