Welcome to OU!

We are so glad to have you with us this morning as we continue our new series, "Steps." In this series we borrow from the wisdom of the 12 Steps programs.

We often think if people really knew everything about us, they’d walk away. The opposite tends to be true. You can only be fully loved to the extent that you let yourself be fully known. Hiding doesn’t protect love, it just delays it.

“How am I going to do this?” is a question that can keep us stuck for years.

Bright. Ambitious. Successful. And still drowning in something he couldn’t control. Sound familiar? So many of us are fighting battles nobody else can see.

What’s the thing you’ve tried to manage on your own that ended up managing you instead?
