This is Liz again. The t-shirt hawkers are continuing to spam us and they are hiding their spam within older posts. I am truly sorry if you are bothered by them spamming individual names on the page. We have already lost five members from the page. I am considering shutting down the page temporarily to stop this abuse, or making it a private page with screening questions. Heath Ev and I will discuss what is best.

We are being spammed by someone who wants to sell tshirts. They are then @ to everyone on our site.
We are deleting the posts and banning the users because they did not get permission from us first. Additionally, there is no evidence that the tshirts sales will benefit Ossining Pride football or OHS in general.

Second call for email addresses. I am updating the database. We will not be sending out paper invitations and notifications anymore. We want YOU to come to the next reunion (Oh my, we will be 58!)

Currently, we have about 220 names in the database, we had confirmed snail mail addresses for about 205 classmates for the 20 year reunion (did you miss the 30.5 year reunion?) and the rest are all in other categories including "deceased." Very few are uncontacted.

If you are still alive and kicking, please DM me (elizabeth.stapleton.104) or email me at [email protected] or [email protected] so that I have your email!

Note that in some cases, I have a professional/business email that I ran across in my searches. We who have worked on the database do not want to use these addresses for personal communication for obvious reasons. We want to keep your personal communication, personal.

P.S. Send in those photos for the slideshow! NEW DEADLINE, TO MAKE IT UNIFORM, IS APRIL 5TH. Send 1-6* photos that can be sized down to 1-2 PowerPoint slides (smaller photos may allow me to fit three to a slide). Please think about how they will appear on a computer screen (*squint*) and keep them family friendly. Any credentials must have your name blacked out. Provide your city and state so we know where you're located after all this time (or tell me you don't want to do so). Also please specify how you want your name to appear. Use the email address [email protected] please. DO NOT send photos to the reunion RSVP email.
P.P.S. I am still looking for candidates to take over the database. One person has offered conditionally, and I want to give that person a chance to have an out of it really won't work. There's a lot more information in the database now than even ten years ago, as I've found almost everyone who is still alive (even if I haven't made contact.) It's sort of a mad scramble the last year before a reunion, because people move, change phone numbers, and are in and out of this group... but totally worth the time when you find someone missing for so long!

Note that the reunion date has not changed! The deadline has just been moved back a little bit.
There will be more information to come in a day or two after I finish out sending emails and messages to those who have not indicated that they cannot attend.

🚨 SLIDESHOW DEADLINE IS APRIL 1ST (no joke!)🚨 Anyone can submit photos, whether or not you are attending in person.
I'm pleading at this point, I have only three live classmates who have submitted slides and am memorializing eight dead classmates. Let's flip that script!
Please submit 1-5 photos that can be easily sized down to fit on 1-2 PowerPoint slides. They can be anything from the last 30 years or before. Keep it family friendly. If you submit a photo of a diploma or other credential, you must black out your name before submitting it, for security purposes.
I have limited captioning space if any credits need to be attached. Please make a note if this is necessary.

I will email back any concerns or questions I might have about the photos.
