In 1976, the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (now called Cru) saw young couples on staff struggling and knew something must be done. Immediately. Forty-plus years later, with over 3 million people attending events, 1.6 million weekly radio listeners, and resources in over 100 countries, we’re ready to help even more. But it’s not about numbers for us. Unless we’re talking about the number 1.

Our Story

Dawn and I joined Campus Crusade for Christ as FamilyLife staff in 2015. What a privilege we have to work for a ministry dedicated to seeing God's glory manifested in homes and in communities all over the world.

We believe families are the most untapped resource on the planet in helping fulfill the Great Commission and cause societal change. To that end, FamilyLife's vision is "every home a godly home". And its mission is "effectively developing godly marriages and families who change the world one home at a time".

Paul leads a team of amazing Missionary Mobilizers (Recruiters) whose role and passion it is to shepherd the calling journeys of individuals who desire to serve at the ministry. There are multiple personnel openings with FamilyLife that need to be filled, and many of those needs are critical to the vision and strategy of the ministry. Dawn assists Paul with mobilization projects while homeschooling Sam, Ben, Caroline, and Joseph.
