This past Sunday was our Annual Business Meeting! Thank you to our Board and Pastor Danny for walking us through where God has lead us in this past year. We are so blessed to have heard from Charles Victor yesterday, one of the missionaries we support! Charles and his family have been faithfully serving the people of India since 2010. They have planted a church as the home base of their operations in serving the poor, needy, and destitute among them. She and her family have served with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) for over 30 years, and have called the Kona Campus “home base” since 2003 while they minister globally! Our 4-week September Parenting Tune-Up wrapped up last week! We were so excited to glean wisdom from guest speakers from CIFT counseling (you can tag cift & Sam Reeves, please) & some familiar faces too. After covering lots of topics like a theology of parenting, child development, age-appropriate discipline, passing off responsibility, mental health, and more, we’re happy to share that every session is available to stream on our YouTube Channel (link in our bio).

We were so blessed by those who brought us words of encouragement, challenge, wisdom, and even conviction during our 4-week Parenting Tune Up Conference, which ended last night!

All 4 sessions are now available on our YouTube Channel is you missed a session or could not attend in person. We are excited to share more in the coming days, but wanted to get the news out that you can watch and learn from home now that the videos have dropped! Enjoy!

We are so grateful to have heard last Sunday from our missionaries, Emily and Nathan Rottier, who serve with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Tanzania! They have faithfully served for 10 years, discipling young men through a fútbol academy and running their very own farm to ensure every boy in the program gets the nutrition needed. We are honored to have a small part in this kingdom work! It is $10 per person (children 3 & younger free!) and includes a BBQ dinner, a raffle ticket, and lots of fun activities! This morning, some of our bridge family got to welcome students to their first day back at school! What a sweet morning of high fives, excitement for the new year, and being able to pray over the campus! We hope everyone’s first week back to school was awesome! We had such a fun time celebrating the end of the summer season with our Bridge Family, Luau style!! We got to eat yummy food, pray over our promoting students, and do some fun activities together! ⁣⁣

This past Sunday, we got to pray over some of our Bridge members who will be moving away from California this month! Please join us in praying for their transitions and that they would be wrapped in a loving community where they land! Sarah, our graduating senior, will be moving to Texas for college this fall and the Tucker Family will be moving to Tennessee! We have cherished our time with each of you and are rooting for you in this next season!
