“ACT LIKE YOU KNOW”

1 Corinthians 2:1-5

Minister Shelby reminded us that the power belongs to God, and it is His power that gives us strength. If we are going to move forward on offense, we must know the game plan; and our sword is the Word of God!

Point 1: Studying & Preparation
Paul studied himself, understood his audience, and knew God. We must do the same. We have to take inventory of ourselves, spend time with God, and prepare for what He has called us to do. Just as an opponent studies the competition, we must study and condition ourselves spiritually.

Point 2: Ex*****on
We must understand our audience and use the senses God has given us to make sense of what is happening around us. The control center is the mind, and ministry is the game plan for ex*****on. We cannot heal in isolation. The healing we need often comes through communion, connection, and community. God is calling us to become more like Him.

Point 3: Follow Through
Our follow-through is to redirect people back to God. The glory belongs to Him! We can produce power because we are connected to the Source of the real power. Spreading the Word of God is our assignment, and everything we do should ultimately give honor and glory to Him.

ACT LIKE YOU KNOW! Know who you are, know whose you are, know the Word, and know where your power comes from!

We thank you, Minister Shelby, for delivering an on-time word from our Father! May we not only hear the Word, but live it, execute it, and follow through!
