We need your help ! We have been approached by several men that are reaching out for help however we can't do this alone. We are asking for your help to raise money to help these men receive deliverance at a Christ Centered Recovery Center.

So I've never been a part of so many good things at one time. I'm truly blessed that God has surrounded me with the right people. Me and my friends Jonathan Fisher and Steven Barnes have been working together to start a non-profit organization where we could collect funds to help the addicted get the help they need. Particularly help that points them to the only power that can heal them, Jesus Christ! The funds collected would be used to send them to Christ centered programs like Home of Grace.
I'm about to ask a hard question to everyone I know, it's hard because there are so many needs in our area especially with this flood.
All of you know my personal past struggles with addiction, and you also know I'm heavily involved in my recovery and helping others recover. Unfortunately addiction doesn’t stop because the weather is bad or the economy is in a slump. Which brings me to my hard question.
Can you give?
Yes I'm asking for money.

On average it cost $2500 to send someone to rehab.
We are typically the last stop for many people who have burned every bridge and no one else wants to help them.

The need for the hands and feet of Christ are tremendous in our area. Please look up Acadiana Flooding Message Board for a list of needs that we can help with. This is the time for able bodies from FBCO to BE Christ in our community. There will be a group of us going to Church Point to gut a house tomorrow morning. With the size of the group already pledging to go I believe we will get it done before noon. There are many other immediate needs and I would like to move from this one to another as soon as it is finished. If you have family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. that need assistance, please let me know so we can coordinate teams.

Work day at FBCO. Saturday starting at 7:00am to beat the heat. We should wrap up by lunch. Please bring pressure washers, water hoses, ladders, scaffolding, etc. to clean the outside of our building. We will also be taking care of some interior items like replacing lights and a few discolored ceiling tiles.
