K.M. Francis Ministries As an U.S. Marine, Kevin M. Kevin M. Francis is the Pastor & Founder of Eastern Shore Christian Center (ESCC) which was established in October 1994.

Francis took an oath as he traveled throughout the world to protect, support and defend the constitution of our country from enemies both foreign and domestic in nature. Now 30 years later, Kevin still lives by the credence of that respective oath except now, he is an ambassador of the Kingdom of Heaven with one ultimate mission, to defend the Gospel of Jesus Christ from enemies foreign and domes

Kevin truly has a vision to see different cultures and ethnicities come together, with one mind and one sound to protect the integrity of the Word of God. Kevin is married to Mozella Francis, with 3 children.
