This week’s message at New Hope Olympia is, “The Lord is my Shepherd.”

Psalm 23 offers timeless comfort. David, the Psalm's writer, paints a vivid picture of his relationship with God, starting with, "The Lord is my shepherd." This reflects complete trust and contentment.

He describes the peace of being led beside still waters and lying in green pastures. Yet, life can bring dark valleys and fears. David reassures us, "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me."

He then speaks of God's protection and abundance: "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies... my cup runs over."
