The church was never meant to be a place where you get comfortable and stay. It was designed to be a launching pad. In Acts 13, the Holy Spirit speaks to a worshiping, fasting, listening church and says simply: “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul.” No full map. Just the next step.
Are you still sitting in the terminal, waiting for God to give you enough information to obey? Maybe God is waiting for you to obey the information He has already given you.
A healthy church worships, listens, launches, faces opposition, and forgives. And the gospel is not “do better so God can use you.” The gospel is that Jesus is better than your worst failure. Your identity is not what you did. It is what Jesus did.
The question is not whether God will send you. He already has. The question is: will you go?
