Join us this Sunday as we start our new sermon series "Ephesians".

The Apostle Paul wrote his letter to the Ephesians to reveal the beauty of God's plan for all people. Every spiritual blessing, from our adoption into God's family to our ultimate gift of eternal life, flows from a single source: Jesus Christ. Working through the book of Ephesians, we will learn how Jesus radically reshapes our identity, our relationships, our purpose, and what it means to live out our faith anchored in His grace.

Have you ever wondered what God thinks of the words you use? The 8th Commandment talks about not bearing false testimony. Does that only apply when you are in a court of law? No, God forbids us to tell lies, betray, and slander our neighbor. He says that we are to always defend their reputation and speak well of them. That all makes sense, but what about "little white lies", exaggerations, or even sharing a little gossip?

Join us as Pastor Dave unpacks the 8th Commandment and applies it to God's role in your life and the need to always speak the truth in love.
