The people around you are shaping you.

Some people strengthen your faith.
Some stretch your vision.
Some remind you who you are.

And some, little by little, make you smaller.

Negative voices have influence too. Spend enough time around cynicism, criticism, fear, or compromise, and eventually it becomes harder to recognize where their voice ends and yours begins.

Your circle matters.

Pay attention to who has access to your thoughts, your dreams, and your future.

Choose people who call you higher, point you toward Jesus, and remind you of what God says is possible.

We need people who know our names. People who notice when weā€™re missing. People who challenge us, encourage us, pray with us, and walk with us as we become more like Jesus.

Because community isnā€™t an addition to our spiritual lives. Itā€™s part of how God designed us to grow.

Sometimes other people see the gift in you before you do.

Thatā€™s one of the reasons we need circles.

We need people close enough to recognize what God has placed inside of usā€”to call it out, make room for it, encourage it, and sometimes give us the courage to use it.

You can sit in a row and be inspired.

But in a circle, you can be known.

And when you are known, you begin to discover how you were made to contribute.

Today weā€™re celebrating the incredible person behind AllKids! Sarah, weā€™re so grateful for the way you love our kids, encourage our families, and create a place where the next generation can know Jesus, have fun, and know they belong.

Thank you for the heart, joy, and care you bring to AllKids and to All People. What you do matters, and weā€™re so thankful for you!

Student Takeover was more than a Sunday where our students took the stage. It was a reminder that they donā€™t have to wait until theyā€™re older to be used by God.

They can hear His voice now.
They can walk in their calling now.
They can pray boldly, serve faithfully, and make Jesus known now.

There is no junior Holy Spirit. They arenā€™t the church of tomorrow. They are the church today.

Weā€™re so proud of a generation choosing to say yes to Jesus, dream big, and live bold. ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„
