What a joy to have Time With Children led by one of our own! Levi Wilcox spoke about a time when he felt anxious, how he prayed, and how he experienced God's peace. He left us with three key points to ponder. We deeply value our young people and celebrate the many ways they share their gifts with our faith family!

Kids Worship - Did you know there is a story in the Bible about a shipwreck?! Neither did many of the children in Kids Worship! We talked about this story from the book of Acts, then discussed how challenging it can be to keep going when faced with hard circumstances. We even named the challenge we are currently facing, then floated a pom-pom on the water to remember how God keeps us going!

This Monday, we rise with gratitude. For the courage that guarded our mornings and the sacrifices that shaped our freedom — we remember, we honor, we carry it forward.

Although Memorial Day is on Monday, most of us start our weekends after work today. That might be a picnic, a trip, a long weekend with friends, but we want to remember the reason for the holiday. Our fallen veterans gave their lives for our freedoms. We pray for their families and loved ones. May they know their sacrifices were not made in vain. For many, it is a celebratory day, a time to spend with loved ones. But for so many families, it's a really tough day. We recognize that, and we hold these families in our prayers.
