This Sunday and throughout September, we’ll once again be collecting donations for the Big Give Thanksgiving Food Drive. Our elders came together Sunday afternoon for a time of connection, discernment, and conversation, discussing what it looks like for First Pres to be Faithful, Fruitful, and Flourishing. We are incredibly blessed to have such invested and gifted leaders guiding our church. Keep our elders and pastors in your prayers as they strive to lead with integrity, humility, and vision.

🎉 Thank you for making a difference through our Noisy Offering!

Together, we raised $261.15 to support our Hope Bags Ministry for Cedar Ridge Elementary School students. These funds help provide food for children in need in our community. We believe no kid should go hungry.

Thank you for your generous hearts and for helping us care for local students and families! 💛

Kids Worship - Our K-5th grade children created "five finger prayers" on Sunday in Kids Worship! After tracing their hand on paper, the children wrote the name of:

1. Someone younger than themselves (pinky)
2. Someone who is a community helper (ring finger)
3. Someone in their family (middle finger)
4. Someone who is their friend (pointer finger)
5. Someone they don't know very well (thumb)

This structure is something they can use over and over as they learn to make praying for others a daily habit!
