The Metro Church Family showed up and showed out to honor our Fathers, Grandfather's, and Father Figures on Father's Day. We were blessed with gifts and poems from our Missionaries and CED ministries. The men competed in Metro's first annual Father's Day Pagent were we competed for "Funniest Dad", "Coolest Dad", and the "Most Handsome Dad". Winners were recognized, but we all were winners! Psalms 2:1 Blessed is the man who loves the Lord. Happy Father's Day.

Another incredible Sunday at the Metro. We welcomed Rev Sharon D Hall and the Greater Metropolitan AME Zion Church Family as we celebrated our Pastor's Appreciation Day. Our pastor, Rev Dr Reginald Keitt, was blessed by a powerful word from Rev Hall, "No Ordinary Preacher" the Male Choir sung one of his favorite songs, Blessed Assurance, and the church ministries showered him with gifts and love. Special thanks to Presiding Elder and Mrs Sandra Crowder for worshipping with us. The Metro is back!

Metropolitan Day 2026 was an another amazing celebration for our church. We were blessed by New Bethel Baptist Church with praise and worship from their Mass Choir and a powerful word from Rev Dr Mark Whitaker (We Belong to God). We fellowshiped, laughed, and had a "family time" together. Big shoutout to our Hospitality/Culinary Ministry for making sure everyone had a grand time.♥️🙏🏿♥️🙏🏿♥️
