Progress Update. Progress has been at a slow pace due to unexpected issues with a section of the exterior brick falling off the building. The best estimate we could find is $5500. This is to repair what has already fallen and to tear down and replace another loose section. This issue is what has stalled the window campaign. Please continue to pray for this project, we are still facing many needs financially and for contractors willing to donate time and materials for the following critical needs to prevent further water/ critter damage:
Brick Masons
Windows (and installers)
Vinyl Siding (720 sqft)
Gutters (current estimate $1500.00

This weekend we filled a construction dumpster with demo material from water damaged children's wing. We removed all of the carpet and tile.

We have 68 windows that need to be replaced. We have reached out to different window companies and retailers to see if donations or discounts are available. The current price per window is $147.00 plus tax. We would love to find 68 people that would like to purchase a window and get the next phase of this restoration rolling! We have had an outpouring of volunteers to be the hands and feet of this project. The challenge before us now is financial. We are in great need of donations of materials such as windows, carpet, paint, drywall, siding, gutters, the list goes on and on.
