This Sabbath, we continue our study of The Gift of Prophecy as Vera Hart leads Lesson 4: New Testament Prophets. Although times and circumstances changed between the Old and New Testaments, the Holy Spirit remained the same divine source of inspiration, always pointing God's people toward Jesus Christ.

What does it really look like when God changes a life?

Why would God call someone to deliver His message, knowing they might face rejection, persecution, or even death?

This Sabbath, we continue our study of The Gift of Prophecy as Frank Carnahan leads Lesson 2: The Call of the Prophet, exploring the important role prophets have played throughout biblical history. God called ordinary people to deliver His messages, often during times of spiritual crisis. Yet their calling was rarely easy. Many faced rejection, ridicule, imprisonment, and persecution—even from those they were sent to help.

Throughout history, God has used His prophets to warn, guide, encourage, and call His people back to Him. Today, in a world filled with confusion and spiritual challenges, their messages remain just as relevant. What does Jesus want us to remember when we come to His table?

Join us this Sabbath, October 3rd, for a special Communion Service as Pastor Jerry DuVall shares a message titled “Remember His Love,” based on Luke 22:19—“Do this in remembrance of Me.”

Communion calls us back to Jesus—to the bread that reminds us of His broken body, the cup that points to His sacrifice, and the cross that reveals just how deeply we are loved.
