Heads up that tomorrow I'm going to be talking about us volunteering at the Sertoma Duck Race this Wednesday evening from 6-9pm, helping to set up (Set Up, Put Up Signs, Parking Lots, Tables, Chairs, Tent Lights, Sertoma Tent Set Up, Trash Cans, Unload Trailer).

It'll be a fun time for a good cause. The more volunteers we have, the more money will be distributed to Care 2 Learn from the weekend.

In case you don't know what Care2Learn is, they provide food every week of the school year for lower income families. During the school year, Cassidy volunteers help every Wednesday morning by packing bags of food to be delivered.

For this Wednesday night at the duck race set-up, some of our church crew will be there, but there are about 40 spots remaining.

Find out from your parents if you can join us and tomorrow I can register us online. Let's make a big difference in the lives of people right here in our area in the name of Jesus!

Our first Ultimate Wednesday of the summer - we hadn't planned to break out the water, but it was a hot one. Thank you to Stephanie for bringing the inflatables!

Tomorrow morning youth and middlers (those just finishing 5th grade up to recent 12th graders) are welcome to join us at the park for Tuesday Morning in the Park from 10am-noon! We are meeting at Neal Grubaugh Park, 907 E Parkview Ave, Ozark. Park at the Grubaugh Municipal Pool parking lot. We'll be in the shaded grass just past the play structure.

BRING A CHAIR TO SIT IN (the grass is soaked), OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, and PLENTY OF WATER TO DRINK. FYI, there is only a portapotty at this park. We will just have a fun time of fellowship at the park.

Parents welcome to stay. Otherwise pickup is promptly at noon. Feel free to bring friends in this age range!

A huge thanks to all the campers that brought in silent auction items, all the youth that helped with the ballpark food, and everyone who was so generous in bidding and donating to get our youth and volunteers to youth conference/summer camp! It was a great day!

Here are just some of our silent auction items for tomorrow's Take Me Out To The Ballgame Silent Auction Fundraiser. We'll be serving hot dogs and nachos for donation and have the silent auction items out from 8:45am-12:15pm. Silent auction closes at 12:15pm (need not be present to win). All money goes directly to send students and leaders to youth camp in July! A huge thank you to all our sponsors!

Here are your final reminders about tomorrow.

-wear a jersey or team gear (or Cassidy shirt)

-wear a hat/hair up to help prep food

-we will be holding the silent auction from 8:45am-12:15pm.

-if you have any last minute donations, please let me know ASAP so I can have bid sheets ready for them.

-if you want to bring in homemade baked goods, we will add those to the silent auction.

-we will be serving hot dogs and nachos between/after services for donation and there are lots of amazing items in the silent auction.

Great night playing volleyball then walking to Sonic and playing silly games after we had to vacate the volleyball courts. Thanks to everyone who came out!
