World Mental Health Day, October 10

Mental health matters.

At Celebrate Recovery, we want to remind you that struggling with your mental health does not make you weak, and you do not have to walk through it alone. There is hope, healing, and freedom found in Jesus, and there is a Forever Family ready to walk alongside you.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s keep breaking the stigma, extend grace, and remind one another that asking for help is a sign of strength; no health without mental health.

If you’re carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, fear, or silent struggles, know this: you are seen, you are loved, and your story matters. 💚
