We wrapped up Awana for the year this week with awards on Wednesday night. Teachers, children and parents have all worked hard to help them “hide the Word in their heart.”

Everyone is looking forward to a little break and then we will gear up for all the camps and VBS.

We would love to have your children with us for VBS (week of July 6-10) and also Awana which will start back in August.

We had a great Mother’s Day service this morning. It started with a youth special, followed by a special from Kristie Harris and then a great sermon from Bro Don Savell. Thank you Madison Parker Meaders for working with these children to present this perfect song and to present the flowers. If you want to be blessed, go back and watch the entire service.

To the ones who mother me…. We wanted to use a song to give honor on this day to any woman who has planted a seed of Gods love and hope in our kids in any way through their little lives… there may have been some without their kids some who have never birthed a kid or some longing for the ones who’ve gone astray amid our service but we wanted each child to see those women and recognize them all. So they went and gave a single flower to anyone but their own mother ❤️
