Sunday was more than a service—it was a celebration! 🎊

We gathered in gratitude to honor our Pastor, worship our God, and enjoy fellowship with our church family. It was a day of worship, a day of fellowship, and a day of celebration as we thanked God for His faithfulness and celebrated our Pastor’s 72nd birthday.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special occasion so memorable. To God be the glory for the love, joy, and blessings shared throughout the day! 🎉🙌🏾❤️

📖 Things We Learn in Bible Study

One of the amazing things about studying God’s Word is discovering how beautifully it is structured. In Jonah Chapters 1–3, we see a repeating pattern that teaches us powerful lessons about God’s grace and our response to His call.

🔹 God Gives a Commission (Jonah 1:1-2; 3:1-2)
God called Jonah to go to Nineveh.

🔹 Our Response Matters (Jonah 1:3; 3:3-4)
The first time Jonah disobeyed. The second time he obeyed.

🔹 There Are Consequences (Jonah 1:4-17; 3:5-10)
Disobedience brought a storm, while obedience led to repentance and mercy.

🔹 Prayer Changes Things (Jonah 2:1-9)
When Jonah cried out to God, God heard him.

🔹 God Is a God of Second Chances (Jonah 2:10; 3:1-2)
Even after Jonah ran away, God called him again and used him for His purpose.

✨ The lesson? God’s grace is greater than our mistakes. When we turn back to Him in obedience, He can still use us to accomplish His will.

What a blessing-filled day! 🙌🏽

We thank God for the souls who publicly declared their faith through baptism and for the new members He has added to our church family. Each life represents God’s grace, His love, and His continued work in the kingdom.

Today, we celebrate new beginnings, renewed commitments, and the growth of our ministry. We are grateful that God continues to add to the church as we serve, worship, and grow together.

“And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” – Acts 2:47

June Prayer 🌿

Heavenly Father,

As we enter the month of June, we thank You for Your faithfulness, grace, and mercy that have carried us this far. We pray that You would guide our steps, strengthen our faith, and fill our hearts with peace and joy.

Bless our church family, our homes, and our community. Open doors of opportunity, provide for every need, heal every hurting heart, and draw us closer to You. Help us to walk in unity, serve with love, and be a light to those around us.

May this month be filled with divine favor, spiritual growth, renewed strength, and countless reasons to give You praise. Let Your will be done in our lives, and may Your presence go before us in all that we do.

In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
