Family Worship, Hot Dog Sunday, a message from our dear friend Tim Shorey, and baptisms all in one Sunday morning? What a full and joyful time we had together this morning, Church!

May you take this encouragement from Tim’s message with you this week:

“God is with us in all our storms, even when wreckage is all around. Notice Acts 27:44—‘And so it was that all were brought safely to land.’

What a beautiful concluding statement to this episode. It’s one that points us to our God, who:

comforts our fears
commands an army
keeps his promises
preserves his servants
has his means, and
calls us his own

We may be sure that he will bring us safely to land after all.”

We loved being together this week, Redeemer family! Whether for the first time or the 1,000th time, may we find hope in the resurrection this week.
