With the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program frozen and resettled refugees facing an onslaught of diminishing protections and expanding threats, it is more important than ever to gather in lament, solidarity, and celebration of the right to seek refuge. 🕊️✨

Join us for an online ecumenical worship service in observance of World Refugee Day! 🌍🙏

With contributions from the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Church of the Brethren, Presbyterian Church (USA), Pacific Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, and the United Church of Christ, we will worship through prayer, art 🎨, music 🎶, and reflections from pastors with their own stories of migration. ❤️📖

Our first Faith in Motion live, virtual event is coming up! Join us to listen as Irv Heishman shares about his experience visiting two church members who were deported to Honduras. ⛪

During our time together, Irv will share about these church members' experiences in being returned to Honduras and adjusting, as well as the time they spent together alongside partnering ministries in Honduras. After this, there will be a time to ask questions, followed by time to learn ways you can support our ongoing efforts to provide for and advocate for our immigrant neighbors. 📣🫂
