Embracing the Present

Scripture: “So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.” — Matthew 6:34

Thought: We often spend today carrying the weight of tomorrow’s uncertainties. God’s grace is designed to be given daily—not in advance. Focus on what is right in front of you today, and trust that the God who provides today will be ready to help you tomorrow.

Prayer: Lord, help me to release the grip of tomorrow. Give me the grace to live fully in this present moment and trust You with the future.

Finding Strength in the Little Things

Scripture: "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much..." — Luke 16:10

The Devotion:
It is easy to think that serving God or making an impact requires grand, sweeping gestures. However, Jesus taught that simple, everyday actions—like giving a cup of water or showing respect to a stranger—are deeply honored by God. Often, the interruptions, the thankless tasks, and the daily "little things" are exactly where God is developing your character. Embrace today’s small moments; you never know how much God will value them.
