St. Raymond & St. Leo the Great Catholic Church extends our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Bishop John H. Ricard, SSJ, who entered eternal rest on May 20, 2026, at the age of 86.

Bishop Ricard faithfully served the Church for many years with compassion, humility, and a deep commitment to God’s people. His leadership and ministry touched countless lives, and his legacy of service will continue to be remembered throughout the Catholic community and beyond.

We join together in prayer for the repose of his soul and for all who mourn his passing.

“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.”
