SCAMS:
Be on the lookout for scams. NLPD has already received a report that there is an impersonator 'We Energies' representative calling and claiming to need pre-payment to turn on their natural gas service. This is not true. We Energies does not require payment to restore natural gas service. Please contact We Energies directly if you are unsure 1-800-242-9137.

Many storm chaser contractors (who may not have all the credentials) take advantage of emergency situations by offering their services to disaster victims. Always double check if they are legitimate. Ask about licensing, look them up on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access or ask family and friends for recommendations.

Due to the flooding in New London, the Week in the Word Bible Study will be held at the Parsonage, next to the church, tomorrow morning, Thurs. April 16th, at 8:30am.

Our prayers are with everyone who has been and continues to be affected by the flooding in the area.
