Join us today as we continue in our “Become“ sermon series. Today, we were talking all about what it means to connect with those around us. Our community is a gift from God, and today we’re going to talk about what it means to live in community with one another as we fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.

Service starts at 10:30 AM (in-person and on Facebook Live.) Sunday school starts at 9:30 AM.

Also, don’t be surprised if the sanctuary looks a little different this morning: We have officially transformed into a rainforest to gear up for Bible school this week! Come join us and get a load of what the kids will be experiencing all week this coming week!

We are looking forward to an awesome service and hope you will join us. ☀️

Joint Statement Regarding Residential Structure Fire Investigation

On June 9, 2026, at approximately 11:04 a.m., officers with the New Lexington Police Department and personnel from the New Lexington Fire Department were dispatched to a reported residential structure fire in the 100 block of East Jefferson Street in New Lexington.

New Lexington Police Department officers arrived on scene and observed signs of a fire within the residence, including smoke conditions and evidence of heat damage. Officers were advised that an individual was believed to be inside the home.
Recognizing the potential life-threatening circumstances, officers immediately entered the residence in an attempt to locate the occupant. During their search, officers located a deceased individual inside the residence. Fire personnel arrived shortly thereafter and assumed fire suppression and scene operations.

The incident remains under investigation by the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

No additional information will be released at this time.
