I wanted to share this testimony from my dear friend and mentor, Dr. Mark Smith, who has been on our prayer lists for several months.
We serve a great and mighty God who is Jehovah-Rapha- the God who heals. Praise His name!

Hallelujah! 6 months ago I was told I could not drive. God taught me much patience but TODAY my tears are tears of joy as I was told I can drive. You don’t understand how long 6 months is until you are hospital and homebound. I am so thankful. Thank you Lord! Thank you doctors and thank you wife and all my family. Wow! The doctors call me “the miracle guy”- the brain surgeon even said 3 times-Mark, you are a miracle guy because you were bleeding on the brain and we could not stop it- by the way he is not a faith guy-They called my family in and said I was dying- I coded or stopped breathing twice and they had to do CPR, but God had other plans. When there was no hope I wiggled a finger and then a toe. Then I spoke. My wife was told I would likely never talk and likely not walk again. I don’t remember the 8 weeks I was in the hospital as I was semiconscious. But today I am almost back to normal. My life will only be spent praising Him. Thank you Lord and thank you Lexington SC hospital and all nurses and doctors and staff. I lost my job but God will provide. Thanks to all of you for praying for me. I am available for a few revivals, church growth events, or leadership and growth conferences for this fall. Let me know. I am scheduling now.
