I was asked a few questions this week about our first reading, Acts of the Apostles 7:55-60. Who is Stephen? Why were they stoning him? Why was Paul there?

These are all great questions and we don't get answers from just our lectionary reading. I made a video to give a little background on what was happening in this passage and how it relates to the gospel.
