Busy meeting this month recognizing several brother Knights - and our council being recognized as well!

Knight of the Month for May is Daniel Kupres (Cubs ball cap) - another relatively newer member that stepped up and worked tirelessly during our fish fry season this past spring.

Brother Knight and veteran Roger Sullivan was recognized for his honorable military service. The brother's celebrated him with a standing ovation!

And our council was given a plaque by Southland Salutes BBQ 4 Vets acknowledging our support of this very worthy cause - in particular their headlining event, this year on July 11th at Konows Farm.

April’s Knight of the Month is John Pagan. Not only does he serve tirelessly around church but he also works nonstop with our council - including as one of our lead recruiters for new brother Knights!

Our council is proud to be hosting a Silver Rose ceremony this Thursday (4/30) from 6-8 pm at St. Jude Church in the Sanctuary. ALL are welcome and encouraged to attend this prayerful event centered on respect for life!

Excited to share our March "Knight of the Month", John Hajek (pictured on the right), being recognized by our Grand Knight, Pat Murphy, for all his work as chair of the free throw contest. John spent a lot of time hosting not only our local council event but also the district level competition.

LAST week for this season's fish frys! Friday night from 5p - 7:30 behind St. Jude Church off 2nd Street in New Lenox. Full cash bar and carry outs along with complimentary salad bar.

Nothing Bundt Cake will be back again, this time benefiting the Squires (those boys in red shirts that buss the tables - among so many other things around the church and the community).

This week's specials: the return of the fried ravioli and, with the warmer forecast, the return of ice cold shrimp cocktail! Each order includes 6 pieces (a ravioli is hiding under the included marinara sauce 😁). Friday night from 5 - 7:30pm, at the back of St. Jude in New Lenox just off 2nd street.
