In honor of Labor Day, the HBC Office will be closed on Monday, September 7.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and restful holiday with family and friends! The office will reopen Tuesday on our normal schedule.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Steve Horn, Executive Director of the Louisiana Baptist Convention, as our Guest Pastor this Sunday at Highland Baptist Church!

Dr. Horn will be preaching a message titled “21st Century Lessons from a 1st Century Letter” from 2 Timothy 4:9–21.

We would love for you and your family to join us for worship as we gather to hear God’s Word and worship together. We look forward to seeing you this Sunday!

Today we celebrate a special milestone in the history of Highland Baptist Church!

On September 2, 1956, Highland held its first worship service in a newly constructed "Tin Building" with 156 Charter Members. Through God's faithfulness and the dedication of generations who have called Highland home, our church has grown into what we know and love today.

As we begin celebrating 70 years of ministry, we are grateful for our rich heritage, the lives that have been changed through the Gospel, and the privilege of being part of the Highland Family.

Happy 70th Year, Highland Baptist Church! May God continue to bless and use our church for His glory for generations to come. 💙

This is a great way to help in our Community.

💗 We have moms ready to grow in their faith… now we need a little help making it possible!

A new session of Embrace Life Bible Study begins soon. But we have one important need: CHILDCARE VOLUNTEERS. 🧸

For many of our moms, having someone lovingly care for their little ones during Bible Study is what makes the difference between being able to attend.

If you enjoy babies and young children and would be willing to give a little of your time, you could make it possible for a mom to receive the encouragement and support she needs!
